What the program is

Mementum Reminders sends personal reminder text messages that the customer writes and schedules themselves (for example, “Pay the landlord for the lease”). We only text the mobile number the customer entered and consented for.

How customers opt in

• Website form: on https://www.mementumreminders.com the customer enters their mobile phone number and must check an unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The box is never pre-checked.

• Plan purchase and account: the customer chooses a reminder plan (Starter, Core, or Pro), creates an account, and enters the mobile number that should receive their reminders, with the same consent language shown.

• No consent is collected by text keyword, paper form, or from any purchased or third-party list.

Exact consent language shown at opt-in

SMS consent: By signing up and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated SMS from Mementum Reminders about your account and custom reminders you create. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No payment today - we will email you to activate when SMS is live. Required, unchecked checkbox: “I agree to the SMS consent above.”

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on the reminders the customer sets: up to 7 custom reminders per week (Starter), up to 21 custom reminders per week (Core), or up to 40 custom reminders per week (Pro). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

• Reply HELP for help, or contact Mementumsupport@gmail.com / (833) 612-4710.

• You can also pause or delete reminders in your account at any time.

• Mementum Reminders: Pay the landlord for the lease. Reply STOP to opt out.

• Mementum Reminders: Take your evening medication. Reply STOP to opt out.

• Mementum Reminders: Call Mom for her birthday. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

What we never do

• We never buy, rent, or use purchased phone lists.

• We never send third-party ads or unrelated promotions to reminder numbers.

 Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing.
